77' Blazer APPS issue

i have a 2003' ECU and DBW Pedal Assy, I would like to use a universal bolt in Square body pedal Assy; the Universal pedal uses a 99' accelerator pedal position sensor , I'm not sure if there is a way to do a relearn , Or maybe i need the early TAC module as well , Anybody ran into this problem ? TIA
